The Special Edition of Luxe Pack 2025, one of the world’s most prestigious trade fairs for the luxury packaging sector, traditionally held in Monte Carlo between late September and early October, took place this year on July 1–2 at the prestigious Carrousel du Louvre in Paris. This marked a significant step forward for the event, which moved from the Carreau du Temple to a more iconic venue.
The exhibition hosted over 100 exhibitors and around 2,500 visitors from across the globe. It marked a new chapter for the event entirely dedicated to sustainable luxury packaging, with several notable innovations, including a new section focused on service providers for the circular economy. This area encompassed eco-design, traceability, certifications, refill systems, and washing solutions.
The format was further enriched with conferences, workshops, and keynote speeches featuring over 50 speakers and 35 sessions on topics such as greenwashing, zero waste, and innovative materials for luxury packaging. Of particular note were the solutions presented by Austrian paper manufacturer Mondi, including the Pergraphica range—premium paper ideal for high-end printing and creative design—and eco-friendly solutions such as EcoVantage and IQ Grass.
Among the other highlights of the Paris edition was the Luxe Pack Paris Green Award, which recognized the most sustainable innovation in luxury packaging—a prestigious accolade celebrating companies’ commitment to a more responsible and environmentally respectful future in the packaging industry.
