The fifth edition of Packaging Première & PCD Milan, held from May 13 to 15, concluded with a total of 8,300 visitors and the participation of 320 exhibitors from Italy, China, France, Germany, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Bulgaria, Finland, Hungary, and the Netherlands. The event took place in a pavilion characterized by illusions, optical effects, and experimental music to create an engaging and impactful experience for all attendees.
The event confirmed its role as a benchmark for luxury packaging in the fashion, beauty, food, and lifestyle sectors, offering a crossroads of visions, materials, and trends—including the recurring theme of the fusion between Artificial Intelligence and creativity. This was especially evident in the olfactory installation “From AI to AI”, created by Andrea Filippi and Gabriele Moschin, under the name Perfumery Institute & Integra Fragrances, which led visitors through a multisensory journey inspired by nature, technology, and imagination.
Riding this wave, both the Art Gallery 2025 and the Avant-Garde area showcased projects developed with the help of AI, highlighting innovation, design, and sustainability—the latter becoming an increasingly relevant theme, as demonstrated by the wide range of material solutions offered by many companies.
The 2025 edition has thus strengthened the image of Packaging Première & PCD Milan as a world-class trade fair specializing in luxury packaging, acting as a catalyst for creativity, networking, and innovation, with a strong focus on a future that is ever more technological, sustainable, and emotional.
The next edition is scheduled for May 19–21, 2026.
